History of Sudley Lodge
Sudley Lodge is a Grade II Listed Building and stands at the main entrance to Sudley House. Sudley Lodge was built at the same time as the main house from local sandstone with a slate roof and tile cresting. It has a bay front which is bowed with a four-column Doric colonnade. The windows are traditional sashes, other than a single casement in the centre of the second (front) bay. The porch is also in Doric style, with an ionic entablature. In the attics are half-dormers, and there are ball finials on the gables.

This stunning residence sits within beautiful grounds and gives a real feel of a country retreat and is available with no onward chain. Beautiful gardens surround this attractive Grade II listed building which sits proudly in the exclusive grounds of Sudley House.

The property is located on Mossley Hill Road and is within a five minute walk to Rose Lane and Allerton Road with its abundance of amenities including shops, restaurant, bars, supermarkets and excellent transportation links in to the city centre from Mossley Hill Railway Station.

The property has been sympathetically restored and renovated to a high standard and as expected has an abundance of original features including sash windows, fire places, internal doors, floors and skirting.

The property comprises of an Entrance Hall with original tiled flooring, following onto a bright and extensive Kitchen/Dining area which has been tastefully fitted with shaker style units, there is a good sized Lounge with a decorative feature fireplace and oak parquet flooring, to the rear of the property is a further reception room with access to the downstairs cloakroom / WC. This could potentially be used as a third bedroom. The first floor offers two double bedrooms and a Jack and Jill Shower room and WC.
